The transaction fee adjustment refers to a change in the fee charged to customers when performing a Statement Printing transaction through Bank Mandiri’s ATM/CRM machines.
2. When will the administrative fee adjustment take effect?
The administrative fee adjustment will take effect in January 16th 2026.
3. Which services are affected by this fee adjustment?
The adjustment applies only to Statement Printing transactions conducted through Bank Mandiri’s ATM/CRM machines. Other transactions are not affected and will continue to follow the applicable fees.
4. What will be the administrative fee after the adjustment?
