Scroll down from the Livin’ Homepage and navigate to mortgages from the Preferred Products section.

Click Start Applying for a KPR at the very top of the Livin' KPR main page.

Agree to the KPR Application Terms and Conditions

Select the type of KPR application you need

Fill in the administration data for the application

Administration data will be verified first. The results will be informed via notification, email and inbox.

The Livin' KPR main page will show that administration verification is still ongoing.

You will be asked to fill in credit data after administrative verification is complete. Fill in by pressing the button on the main page.

Please fill in your credit data.

After all data is filled in, please scroll to the bottom and click continue.

Next you will be asked to fill in the application data.

The next data that needs to be filled in is domicile data.

Finally, you need to complete your employment data

Please check the data that you have filled in through the application summary, then click Send Submission Data

You will get a successfully submitted application page.

Your KPR main page will display information about data being verified.

If the application is approved, you can choose a KPR offer from the main page.

Select the offer that suits you and click Accept Offer.

After selecting the offer, you will be contacted by the Bank Mandiri Relationship Manager to schedule the credit agreement.
