Completion of Formulir Mitra Utama (FMU)

Possessing Total Fund Under Management (FUM)
at least equivalent to IDR 1 Billion,
comprising: savings, deposits, current (giro) account,
and investment products.

Possessing Rupiah savings/current (giro) account
- If the within the Wealth segment membership period, the customer’s average daily balance or end of month position is < IDR950,000.000.00 (nine hundred and fifty million rupiah) or equivalent for more than 3 (three) months, the customer will be categorized as a drop-fund customer.
- During the drop-fund period, the privileges awarded to the customer will only be attached to the Mandiri Prioritas Debit Card.
- The drop-fund customer will be subject to a penalty of IDR250.000.00 (two hundred and fifty thousand rupiah) monthly for a maximum of 3 (three) consecutive months. The penalty amount of the drop-fund will be debited directly prom the relevant Savings/Current Account in Rupiah currency which is recorded as the main account of Mandiri Prioritas Debit Card customer or from other Rupiah currency accounts registered in the Bank's system.
- By the lapse of 3 (three) consecutive months as of being categorized as the drop-fund customer and the customer’s FUM has not been increased to the minimum of IDR950,000.000.00 (nine hundred and fifty million rupiah), Bank will delete the customer from the Wealth segment membership and convert into a Regular customer and all customer’s privileges will be terminated.
