TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PURCHASING PRODUCTS VIA LIVIN’ FOOD

By using Livin’ Food, Customers declare that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions:

• Products and/or services available on Livin’ Food are provided, owned, and managed entirely by Livin’ Food Partners, which include product and/or service providers and delivery service partners. Bank Mandiri only facilitates the payment processing.
• All terms related to products and/or services, including but not limited to prices, promotions, and delivery services, are determined entirely by Livin’ Food’s Partner.
• By utilizing and/or purchasing products or services provided by Livin’ Food’s Partner, Customers are bound by the terms and conditions of use of such products or services as set out and available on the respective pages of Livin’ Food’s Partner.
• Utilization and/or purchase of products or services provided by Livin’ Food’s Partner is entirely the responsibility of the Customer and Livin’ Food’s Partner in accordance with applicable provisions.
• The Customer understands and agrees that Bank Mandiri may process the Customer’s data, such as name, date of birth, phone number, email address, and/or gender, including sharing it with Livin’ Food Partners for the purposes of processing and fulfilling orders as well as improving services on Livin’ Food. Customer data will not be used by Livin' Food Partners for purposes beyond the provision of Livin' Food services without further consent from the Customer. Each party receiving the data is responsible for managing and securing the data in accordance with applicable regulations.
• Customers can access order status through the order feature in Livin’ Food, on the respective pages of each Livin’ Food Partner, and/or via other communication channels such as email and/or WhatsApp, in accordance with applicable provisions of Livin’ Food Partners and Bank Mandiri.
• Any issues related to the utilization and/or purchase of products or services must be resolved by the Customer together with Livin’ Food’s Partner.
