3 DAY PASS -- EARLY ENTRY (EE)

**Prices exclude Government Tax and Administration fee
*Purchased tickets cannot be exchanged, refunded or cancelled
*The wristband holder must have entered the Festival area before 16:00 WIB

AGE REQUIREMENT

• This is an all-ages festival. Children under the age of 5 are free of admission.
• The event organizer recommends that guests under the age of 12 to be accompanied by a responsible adult aged 18 or older.
• Guests are required to show a valid ID (National Identification Card or KTP/Driving License/Passport/Student ID/Family Card) to enter the event area. Guests without a valid ID will not be allowed to enter the event area and will not receive a refund.
   

GENERAL POLICIES

• For Presale 1, the Guests can only purchase a maximum of 2 (two) tickets in one transaction.
• For Presale 2 and regular, the Guests can only purchase a maximum of 8 (eight) tickets in one transaction.
• Early Entry Ticket holders are required to enter the Festival area before 16.00 WIB.
• No unauthorized vending, solicitations, handbills, sampling or giveaways are not permitted in the event area.
• No camping or overnight attendance.
• Every purchase of alcoholic beverages, requires a valid ID card and a special wristband for guests aged 21+.
• All customers must exchange their e-vouchers to wristbands before entering the event area. Conditions related to the redemption of e-vouchers will be informed through the official social media of the organizer.
• Please double check the condition of the wristband when you receive it, and contact our staff immediately if the wristband you receive looks unusual.
• Guest must wears the wristband at all times during the event. If your wristband is lost for any reason, you will not be allowed to enter the event area.
• Any person within the event not in possession of a valid wristband, will be removed from the event area with no exceptions.
• The event organizer may involve the police and/or seek compensation from guests who enter the event area illegally.
• The event organizers, Bank Mandiri and/or any third party working with the event organizer are not responsible for purchasing event through places/channels/platforms that are not registered as an official ticket box partner of We The Fest 2024.
• Guests hereby releases the event organizer, Bank Mandiri, and/or any third party cooperating with the event organizer for any form of loss suffered by the audience in connection with the purchase of event tickets or the holding of the event, unless it can be proven through a court decision with permanent legal force that it is the fault of the organizer, Bank Mandiri, and/or any third party cooperating with the organizer.
• The event organizers and/or Bank Mandiri will not be liable for any transportation or accommodation costs incurred by spectators to attend the event in the event that the event has to be cancelled or moved to another day.
• Guests who behave carelessly, are disruptive, commit indecent acts, and do not comply with the rules of the event organizer will be immediately removed from the event area and there will be no refund from the organizer and/or Bank Mandiri.
• The event organizer, Bank Mandiri and/or any third party cooperating with the event organizer will not be liable for any loss of personal belongings or injury incidents in all event areas during the event, regardless of the reason.
• The event organizer will prohibit guests who are highly intoxicated, who are taking any type of illegal drugs or medication, or are otherwise unfit to enter the event area. Guests found to be carrying illegal drugs, weapons and/or other prohibited items will not be allowed into the event area. Guests found carrying such items will be immediately reported to the authorities and will not be given a ticket refund.
• Any outside food or beverage is strictly prohibited inside the event.
• In certain circumstances some areas within the venue may become restricted.
• The event organizer, Bank Mandiri, and/or any third party working with the event organizer will not use the personal data of the guests received during ticket purchase without the guests's permission.
• promoters, and artists are not liable for any compensation and/or cancellation charges for travel expenses resulting from the event being cancelled or postponed.
• Artists are subject to change or withdrawal in the event at all. In the event of this happening, there will be no refund from the event organizer, Bank Mandiri, and/or any third party working with the event organizer.
• Any attempt to enter the event without a valid ticket or valid credentials will result in the immediate removal from event grounds. In certain cases, the event organizer will contact police and press charges against the violators.
• The event operators, organizers, promoters, and artists cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen or damaged possessions or accidents resulting in injury occurring anywhere in the venue during the event regardless of fault or reason.
• The event organizer will refuse entry to guests who are severely intoxicated, clearly affected by drugs or deemed unfit for entry. Anyone found carrying these items will be reported to the police immediately. No refunds will be given. Guests found to possess illegal substances, weapons and/or other prohibited items will also be refused entry.
• The organizer will not use or disclose guests’ personal information collected at the time of ticket purchase without consent.
• The event organizer do not appreciate shirtless people and visitors who take their shirts off.
• Guests who are removed from the venue for any reasons will be banned from re-entering the area event.
• The event is intended to be a friendly and enjoyable event.
• Bank Mandiri only acts as the party that displays the event ticket sales menu in the Sukha menu of the Livin' by Mandiri application. Bank Mandiri is not responsible for the content, implementation, and fulfilment of these terms and conditions. All problems arising in relation to with the purchase of event tickets must be resolved by the User with the Event Organizer.

All guests are subject to being searched prior to entry into the event, including members of the media. By requesting entry into the event, all attendees shall be subject to a thorough airport-style pat down search, including emptying pockets and bags, and having your items examined. Electronic drug detector and K-9 search will be used. Event organizer shall, at all times, reserve the right to either deny any person entry into and/or to eject the guest from the event, if they violate the rules, which rules may be updated from time to time, with or without notice.
 

RECORDING RIGHTS

Ismaya Live and its affiliations/association reserves the right to film, record, and/or photograph the visitor, participant or wristband holder's image, likeness, action, and/or statement of this event for television, moving picture, webcast and/or other public broadcast in any medium for any purpose. Any visitor, participant and/or wristband holder of this show hereby fully releases and discharges Ismaya Live (including its employees and subsidiaries) and its affiliations/association from any rights, claims, damages, losses, liabilities, fines and causes of action whatsoever arising directly or indirectly from the filming, recording and/or photography of this event.

• The event organizers and/or Bank Mandiri will not be liable for any transportation or accommodation costs incurred by spectators to attend the event in the event that the event has to be cancelled or moved to another day.
• Guests who behave carelessly, are disruptive, commit indecent acts, and do not comply with the rules of the event organizer will be immediately removed from the event area and there will be no refund from the organizer and/or Bank Mandiri.
• The event organizer, Bank Mandiri and/or any third party cooperating with the event organizer will not be liable for any loss of personal belongings or injury incidents in all event areas during the event, regardless of the reason.
• The event organizer will prohibit guests who are highly intoxicated, who are taking any type of illegal drugs or medication, or are otherwise unfit to enter the event area. Guests found to be carrying illegal drugs, weapons and/or other prohibited items will not be allowed into the event area. Guests found carrying such items will be immediately reported to the authorities and will not be given a ticket refund.
• Any outside food or beverage is strictly prohibited inside the event.
• In certain circumstances some areas within the venue may become restricted.
• The event organizer, Bank Mandiri, and/or any third party working with the event organizer will not use the personal data of the guests received during ticket purchase without the guest’s permission.
• Promoters, and artists are not liable for any compensation and/or cancellation charges for travel expenses resulting from the event being cancelled or postponed.
• Artists are subject to change or withdrawal in the event at all. In the event of this happening, there will be no refund from the event organizer, Bank Mandiri, and/or any third party working with the event organizer.
• Any attempt to enter the event without a valid ticket or valid credentials will result in the immediate removal from event grounds. In certain cases, the event organizer will contact police and press charges against the violators.
• The event operators, organizers, promoters, and artists cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen or damaged possessions or accidents resulting in injury occurring anywhere in the venue during the event regardless of fault or reason.
• The event organizer will refuse entry to guests who are severely intoxicated, clearly affected by drugs or deemed unfit for entry. Anyone found carrying these items will be reported to the police immediately. No refunds will be given. Guests found to possess illegal substances, weapons and/or other prohibited items will also be refused entry.
• The organizer will not use or disclose guests’ personal information collected at the time of ticket purchase without consent.
• The event organizer do not appreciate shirtless people and visitors who take their shirts off.
• Guests who are removed from the venue for any reasons will be banned from re-entering the area event.
• The event is intended to be a friendly and enjoyable event.
• Bank Mandiri only acts as the party that displays the event ticket sales menu in the Sukha menu of the Livin' by Mandiri application. Bank Mandiri is not responsible for the content, implementation, and fulfilment of these terms and conditions. All problems arising in relation to with the purchase of event tickets must be resolved by the User with the Event Organizer.

Electronic drug detector and K-9 search will be used. Event organizer shall, at all times, reserve the right to either deny any person entry into and/or to eject the guest from the event, if they violate the rules, which rules may be updated from time to time, with or without notice.
 

RECORDING RIGHTS

Ismaya Live and its affiliations/association reserves the right to film, record, and/or photograph the visitor, participant or wristband holder's image, likeness, action, and/or statement of this event for television, moving picture, webcast and/or other public broadcast in any medium for any purpose. Any visitor, participant and/or wristband holder of this show hereby fully releases and discharges Ismaya Live (including its employees and subsidiaries) and its affiliations/association from any rights, claims, damages, losses, liabilities, fines and causes of action whatsoever arising directly or indirectly from the filming, recording and/or photography of this event.

AGE REQUIREMENT

• This is an all-ages festival. Children under the age of 5 are free of admission.
• The event organizer recommends that guests under the age of 12 to be accompanied by a responsible adult aged 18 or older.
• Guests are required to show a valid ID (National Identification Card or KTP/Driving License/Passport/Student ID/Family Card) to enter the event area. Guests without a valid ID will not be allowed to enter the event area and will not receive a refund.
   

GENERAL POLICIES

• For Presale 1, the Guests can only purchase a maximum of 2 (two) tickets in one transaction.
• For Presale 2 and regular, the Guests can only purchase a maximum of 8 (eight) tickets in one transaction.
• No unauthorized vending, solicitations, handbills, sampling or giveaways are not permitted in the event area.
• No camping or overnight attendance.
• Every purchase of alcoholic beverages requires a valid ID card and a special wristband for spectators aged 21+.
• All customers must exchange their e-vouchers to wristbands before entering the event area.
• Please double check the condition of the wristband when you receive it, and contact our staff immediately if the wristband you receive looks unusual.
• Guest must wears your wristband at all times during the event. If your wristband is lost for any reason, you will not be allowed to enter the event area.
• Any person within the event not in possession of a valid wristband, will be removed from the event area with no exceptions.
• The event organizer may involve the police and/or seek compensation from guests who enter the event area illegally.
• The event organizers, Bank Mandiri and/or any third party working with the event organizer are not responsible for purchasing event through places/channels/platforms that are not registered as an official ticket box partner of We The Fest 2024.
• Guests hereby releases the event organizer, Bank Mandiri, and/or any third party cooperating with the event organizer for any form of loss suffered by the audience in connection with the purchase of event tickets or the holding of the event, unless it can be proven through a court decision with permanent legal force that it is the fault of the organizer, Bank Mandiri, and/or any third party cooperating with the organizer.
