Complete your request in the app, then visit any Mandiri Branch to scan the Branch QR. Be sure to arrive on weekdays before 15:00 PM local time!
How to Collect Your Card at a Branch via Card Details
Tap “Your Product” menu
In order to request a new card, please choose one of your active accounts
Choose “Physical/Virtual Card”
Tap “Request Now”
Choose Request and Pick-Up My Card at a Branch.
Visit the nearest branch before 15:00 PM on weekdays. Use the button below to scan the QR code displayed on the TV.
Make sure you scan the right QR!.
View all debit card information. Once you've chosen the type that fits your needs, tap Select.
Enter PIN to confirm selection. Visit a branch to collect your physical card.
Make sure your card is received in good condition. Activate it immediately and never share your PIN or card details with anyone, including Bank staff.
