How to enable NFC and set default QRIS Tap
Select QRIS Tap menu
Enter PIN for Livin’
Before continuing, make sure the NFC on your phone is enabled.
Go to the settings menu on your phone to enable NFC.
Press the button to enable it
Follow the instructions displayed on the screen
QRIS Tap is ready to be used for transactions
QRIS Tap Payment Method
Click “Login”
Log in to Livin' by Mandiri app using your fingerprint
Select See All
On the All Menu page, select the QRIS Tap menu
Enter PIN for Livin’
Follow the instructions displayed on your phone screen by tapping your phone on the payment machine
Confirm the payment status at the store or merchant.
How to Pay with Qris Tap on Transportation Modes
When Tap at Departure Point
Select Login
Verified by using finger print to login
Select the QRIS menu logo that place in the center of the screen
Then, select the QRIS Tap menu
Enter PIN for Livin’
Follow the instructions shown on the screen, then tap your phone on the payment machine
After the Tap In Successful, the amount of transaction will be held temporarily. Check transaction status on the payment machine
You’ll receive notifications from which source of fund that you’re using
Check your transaction details by visiting the Inbox menu
When Tap at Arrival Point
Select Login
Verified by using finger print to login
Select the QRIS menu icon located in the center of the screen
Then, select the QRIS Tap menu
Enter PIN for Livin’
Follow the instructions shown on the screen, then tap your phone on the payment machine
You’ll receive notifications if the payment is successful
Check your transaction details by visiting the Inbox menu

Introduction
QRIS Tap NFC-Based is one of the features in the New Livin' by Mandiri application that allows customers to make payments using the NFC method on payment machines.
Currently, the QRIS Tap NFC-Based feature can only be used on Android OS devices including Huawei which has an NFC feature.

Customers can make transactions quickly and easily by bringing their smartphone (Tap) closer to payment machines that provide NFC technology.

Customers can choose to pay using the various sources of funds available at New Livin by Mandiri, both accounts and credit cards.
Payments using QRIS Tap NFC-Based can be made at merchants who have payment machines and have activated the QRIS Tap menu, as well as transportation gates that accept QRIS Tap payments.

Dual Tap (Tap In Tap Out)
Customers can make NFC-based QRIS tap transactions by Tap In at the entrance gate and Tap Out at the exit gate of transportation modes and parking payment machines that have implemented the QRIS tap dual tap method.
In the Tap In process, customer funds will be withheld in the amount of the longest travel fare or according to the provisions applicable to the merchant. Then, in the Tap Out process, the customer's retained funds will be returned and the customer will be debited in the amount of the applicable travel fare or parking period .
Yes, when customers access the NFC-based QRIS Tap feature, there is a check on the availability of the customer's balance or source limit of funds.
If the customer's balance or limit of funds is sufficient, then customers can directly use the NFC-based QRIS Tap feature to make transactions. However, if the customer's balance or limit is insufficient, the customer needs to replace it with a source of funds that has a sufficient balance or limit to be able to continue the transaction using the NFC-based QRIS tap feature.

The Tap Out (release and completion) process was successful. The customer's retained funds will be refunded, then the customer will be debited in the amount of the applicable travel fare or parking period, and there will be a notification regarding the final status of the transaction on Livin'.

Terms & Fees
Yes, QR Payment transactions using credit card resources can be paid in instalments in accordance with the minimum transaction requirements that apply using a credit card.
There is no additional fee charged to customers who transact using QRIS Tap NFC-Based at Livin' by Mandiri.
The QRIS Tap NFC-Based transaction limit is Rp10 million/transaction with a total daily limit of Rp10 million.
No, NFC-based QRIS Tap Dual Tap (Tap In Tap Out) transactions must be done using the same source of funds.
Risks & Constraints
To be able to transact using QRIS Tap NFC-Based in the New Livin' by Mandiri application, there are several things that must be ensured:

Customers must ensure that their Smartphone is connected to a stable network and internet connection.

If the customer uses a wifi network, make sure the device is connected to wifi. If the customer is using a cellular network, make sure the data package is sufficient and the network is stable.

Make sure the customer's Balance/Limit is sufficient

Make sure your smartphone has NFC enabled

Ensure the default contactless setting on your smartphone is directed to the New Livin' by Mandiri app
Yes, customers can request a refund to the merchant upon agreement between the customer and the merchant.
Customers can directly contact the merchant, 14000 or the nearest Mandiri Branch.
Customers can call 14000, email mandiricare@bankmandiri.co.id and visit the nearest branch to apply for a refund.
The SLA from complaint to refund to customer is a maximum of 10 working days.

System failure in carrying out QRIS Tap NFC-Based transactions

Bank Mandiri may temporarily stop the source of funds used by the Customer to transact using QRIS Tap NFC-Based based on the Bank's consideration of the risk of the source of funds.
