LaLaLa Festival – Terms & Conditions Ticketing

TICKET PRICES

• Ticket prices listed do not include a 10% government tax, 6% platform fee, and any other applicable fees.
  Harga tiket yang tercantum belum termasuk pajak pemerintah 10%, biaya platform 6%, dan biaya layanan.

TICKET PURCHASE LIMIT

• Ticket purchase is limited to a maximum of 6 (six) per transaction within the same category. 1 (one) email address and 1 (one) phone number is limited to 1 (one) transaction.
  Pembelian tiket dibatasi maksimal 6 (enam) per transaksi dalam kategori yang sama. 1 (satu) alamat email dan 1 (satu) nomor telepon dibatasi 1 (satu) transaksi.

IDENTITY REGISTRATION

• Each ticket must be registered to a unique ID number (KTP or Passport), with 1 (one) ID number valid for 1 (one) ticket only. Therefore, if you purchase 6 (six) tickets, you must provide 6 (six) different valid ID numbers.
  Setiap tiket wajib didaftarkan menggunakan nomor identitas yang berbeda (KTP atau Paspor), dengan 1 (satu) nomor identitas hanya berlaku untuk 1 (satu) tiket. Oleh karena itu, jika membeli 6 (enam) tiket, Anda wajib menyiapkan 6 (enam) nomor identitas yang berbeda.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND

• Tickets once purchased cannot be refunded, exchanged, or canceled for any reason.
  Tiket yang telah dibeli tidak dapat dikembalikan, ditukar, atau dibatalkan dengan alasan apa pun.

QR CODE

• The ticket QR code will be used as the entry point for festival access. Visitors must keep their QR code confidential, as it can only be redeemed once. Sharing the QR code may result in unauthorized use.
  QR code pada tiket akan digunakan sebagai akses masuk ke festival. Pengunjung wajib menjaga kerahasiaan QR code mereka karena hanya dapat digunakan satu kali. Membagikan QR code dapat menyebabkan penggunaan oleh pihak yang tidak berwenang.
• If a visitor loses their QR code for any reason, they will not be allowed to enter the festival area.
  Jika pengunjung kehilangan QR code tiketnya dengan alasan apa pun, pengunjung tidak akan diizinkan memasuki area festival.

RE-ENTRY

• There will be no re-entry once a visitor exits the festival area.
  Pengunjung tidak diperkenankan untuk masuk kembali setelah keluar dari area festival.

INVALID TICKETS

• Visitors without a valid ticket will be expelled from the festival area without exception. LaLaLa organizers may involve the police and seek compensation from visitors who illegally enter the festival area.
  Pengunjung tanpa tiket yang valid akan dikeluarkan dari area festival tanpa pengecualian. Penyelenggara LaLaLa dapat melibatkan pihak kepolisian dan menuntut ganti rugi dari pengunjung yang memasuki area festival secara ilegal.

TRANSFERABLE TICKETS

• For transferable tickets, visitors must bring:

  • A printed ticket e-voucher
    E-voucher tiket yang telah dicetak
  • A printed Letter of Attorney (available on lalalafest.com) signed by the original ticket holder
    Surat Kuasa yang telah dicetak (tersedia di lalalafest.com) dan ditandatangani oleh pemilik tiket asli
  • A photocopy of the original ticket holder’s ID (ID card/Passport/Driver’s License/Identification Card/Student Card)
    Fotokopi identitas pemilik tiket asli (KTP/Paspor/SIM/Kartu Identitas/Kartu Pelajar)

EARLY ENTRY

• Early Entry ticket holders may enter the venue until 5:00 PM. Visitors arriving after 5:00 PM will be required to pay a fine equal to the difference between the Early Entry ticket price and the General Admission (GA) ticket price for that event day.
  Pemegang tiket Early Entry dapat memasuki venue hingga pukul 17.00. Pengunjung yang datang setelah pukul 17.00 akan dikenakan denda sebesar selisih antara harga tiket Early Entry dan harga tiket General Admission (GA) pada hari acara tersebut.

AGE RESTRICTIONS

• LaLaLa Festival is open to all ages.
  LaLaLa Festival terbuka untuk semua usia.
• Visitors under the age of 12 are advised to be accompanied by an adult.
  Pengunjung di bawah usia 12 tahun disarankan untuk didampingi oleh orang dewasa.
• Visitors are required to show their ORIGINAL Identification Card, not a photocopy or photo (ID card/Passport/Driver’s License/Identification Card/Student Card) with a photo when entering the festival.
  Pengunjung wajib menunjukkan kartu identitas ASLI, bukan fotokopi atau foto (KTP/Paspor/SIM/Kartu Identitas/Kartu Pelajar) yang memiliki foto saat memasuki festival.
• Visitors without a valid ID (with a photo) will not be allowed to enter the festival and will not receive ticket refunds.
  Pengunjung tanpa kartu identitas yang valid (dengan foto) tidak akan diizinkan memasuki festival dan tidak berhak atas pengembalian dana tiket.
• Kids above 5 years old need to purchase their own ticket.
  Anak diatas usia 5 tahun wajib memiliki tiket sendiri.

GENERAL RULES

• Camping or staying overnight in the festival area is not allowed.
  Berkemah atau menginap di area festival tidak diperbolehkan.
• Unauthorized distribution of promotional materials such as posters, flyers, or any marketing material inside the festival area without approval from the organizers is prohibited.
  Distribusi materi promosi seperti poster, flyer, atau materi pemasaran lainnya di dalam area festival tanpa persetujuan penyelenggara tidak diperbolehkan.
• Bringing outside food and drinks into the festival area is prohibited.
  Membawa makanan dan minuman dari luar ke dalam area festival tidak diperbolehkan.
• Additional prohibited items and regulations may be updated and announced through LaLaLa Festival’s official Instagram account @lalala.fest.
  Barang-barang yang dilarang serta peraturan tambahan dapat diperbarui dan diumumkan melalui akun Instagram resmi LaLaLa Festival @lalala.fest.
• Event performers may change or not participate in the festival at any time. In such cases, there will be no ticket refunds.
  Penampil acara dapat berubah atau tidak berpartisipasi dalam festival kapan saja. Dalam hal tersebut, tidak akan ada pengembalian dana tiket.
• For the smooth running of the event, some areas within the festival venue may be restricted to visitors.
  Demi kelancaran acara, akses pengunjung ke beberapa area di dalam venue festival akan dibatasi.
• Event organizers are not responsible for transportation or accommodation expenses incurred by visitors in the event the festival is canceled or rescheduled.
  Penyelenggara acara tidak bertanggung jawab atas biaya transportasi atau akomodasi yang dikeluarkan pengunjung apabila festival dibatalkan atau dijadwalkan ulang.
• Items brought into the festival are the responsibility of each visitor. The organizers are not responsible for lost or stolen belongings.
  Barang yang dibawa ke dalam festival menjadi tanggung jawab masing-masing pengunjung. Penyelenggara tidak bertanggung jawab atas barang yang hilang atau dicuri.
• The event organizers, promoters, and performers are not liable for incidents resulting in injuries or accidents in all festival areas during the event, regardless of the cause.
  Penyelenggara acara, promotor, dan penampil tidak bertanggung jawab atas insiden yang mengakibatkan cedera atau kecelakaan di seluruh area festival selama acara berlangsung, apa pun penyebabnya.
• The organizers will not use personal data collected from visitors during ticket purchases without the visitor’s consent.
  Penyelenggara tidak akan menggunakan data pribadi yang dikumpulkan dari pengunjung ketika melakukan pembelian tiket, tanpa persetujuan dari pengunjung yang bersangkutan.

SECURITY

• All visitors will be inspected before entering the festival area and must be willing to undergo thorough checks of belongings and body inspections.
  Seluruh pengunjung akan diperiksa sebelum memasuki area festival dan wajib bersedia menjalani pemeriksaan menyeluruh terhadap barang bawaan serta pemeriksaan tubuh.
• Event organizers have the right to refuse entry or expel individuals from the festival area if they violate established rules.
  Penyelenggara acara berhak menolak masuk atau mengeluarkan individu dari area festival apabila melanggar peraturan yang telah ditetapkan.
• These rules may change at any time with or without prior notice.
  Peraturan ini dapat berubah sewaktu-waktu dengan atau tanpa pemberitahuan sebelumnya.

RECORDING RIGHTS

• The Group and its affiliation/association reserves the right to film, record, and/or photograph the visitor, participant, or ticket holder’s image, likeness, action, and/or statement during the event for television, moving picture, webcast, and/or other public broadcast in any medium for any purpose.
  The Group beserta afiliasi/mitranya berhak untuk merekam video, audio, dan/atau mengambil foto dari pengunjung, peserta, atau pemegang tiket, termasuk gambar, rupa, tindakan, dan/atau pernyataan mereka selama acara, untuk keperluan televisi, film, webcast, dan/atau siaran publik lainnya di berbagai media untuk tujuan apa pun.
• By attending this event, every visitor, participant, and/or ticket holder releases The Group (including its employees and subsidiaries) and its affiliates/associates from all rights, claims, losses, liabilities, fines, and other consequences arising directly or indirectly from the filming, recording, and/or photographing of this event.
  Dengan menghadiri acara ini, setiap pengunjung, peserta, dan/atau pemegang tiket membebaskan The Group (termasuk karyawan dan anak perusahaannya) serta afiliasi/mitranya dari segala hak, tuntutan, kerugian, tanggung jawab, denda, dan konsekuensi lainnya yang timbul secara langsung maupun tidak langsung dari kegiatan perekaman video, audio, dan/atau pengambilan foto selama acara ini.
