EDC Registration Requirements
Prepare the following documents for Bank Mandiri EDC machine application
Individuals (Single Proprietor)
- Bank Mandiri customer
- National ID Card (KTP) / Passport or KITAS/KITAP for foreign nationals
- Trade Business License(SIUP)/Company Registration Certificate (TDP)/Tourism Business Registration Certificate (TDUP)/Business Identification Number (NIB)*
- Merchant Application Form
For individuals who do not possess a SIUP/TDP/TDUP/NIB, the following documents may be submitted as alternatives:
- Business Certificate (SKU) issued by the local district office (for businesses located outside commercial areas)
- Lease/Business Permit issued by the building or mall management
- Practice License (SIP) for medical practitioners
- Professional or business license issued by the relevant authority or institution
Limited Liability Company (PT), Limited Partnership (CV/Firma), Foundation, Cooperative
- Bank Mandiri customer
- National ID Card (KTP) / Passport or KITAS/KITAP for foreign nationals
- Trade Business License(SIUP)/ Company Registration Certificate (TDP)/Tourism Business Registration Certificate (TDUP)/Business Identification Number (NIB)
- Ministry Decree (SK Kementerian)*
- Deed of Establishment and/or Latest Amendment
- Merchant Application Form
Not required for CVs, Firms, Associations, and Government Institutions
FAQ EDC
Risk and Fees
- Please always keep the EDC machine in good condition. If the machine is damaged or lost due to the Merchant's negligence and/or willfulness, then it is the Merchant's responsibility.
- Merchants may not move the EDC machine from the business location that has been registered with the Bank.
- Please always keep sensitive or private data/information confidential. If the Merchant's data is leaked due to the Merchant's negligence and/or intentionality, then it is the responsibility of the Merchant.
