Livin' Auto is a feature in the Livin' by Mandiri application that provides end-to-end financing services for vehicle purchases to Bank Mandiri customers through credit applications processed by financing institutions in collaboration with Bank Mandiri. Through Livin' Auto, customers can enjoy various features, including a wide selection of vehicles, credit simulation, easy application process, and attractive offers, all integrated in one application.

Livin' Auto provides many benefits to customers, namely:

  • Integrated payments in Livin Auto for applications via catalogue
  • Complete features that make it easy for customers to apply for vehicle purchases end-to-end from vehicle selection, payment, to tracking the status of the application in real time anywhere and anytime.

Details of the features contained in Livin' Auto are as follows:

  • Indicative Limit
    The maximum limit that can be given based on the bank's internal assessment which is not binding. The final limit can be obtained after the customer applies for credit and is processed by the bank's partner financing institution.
  • Explore
    VehiclesCustomers can obtain complete information regarding the vehicle to be purchased, both exterior and interior of the vehicle, including specifications.
  • Vehicle Recommendations
    Customers can see vehicle options that are in accordance with the desired limit and budget.
  • Loan Simulation
    This feature helps customers to be able to calculate the vehicle price instalment simulation based on the amount of down payment, insurance and tenor chosen.
  • Financing Application
    Customers can apply for vehicle purchase financing through Livin' Auto online in an easy and fast way, which is divided into 2 stages, namely:
    a. Simulation
    b. Filling in personal data information
  • Track Application Status
    Customers can monitor the latest updates on their financing application in the Livin' by Mandiri application directly. This feature helps the process of applying for financing through Livin' Auto to be more transparent to customers without the need to manually ask the Bank officer.

Customers can access Livin' Auto on the Livin' by Mandiri app via:

  • On the homepage, scroll down and click on the 'Vehicle Loans' banner under 'Preferred Products'.
    or
  • Click on the 'Your Products' page in the bottom navigation bar, then click on the 'Loans' tab. After that, click on the 'Vehicle Loans' banner.

Vehicle financing applications through Livin' Auto can be used to finance the purchase of new cars, used cars and new motorcycles. Specifically for financing used cars and new motorcycles, this is intended for selected customers based on criteria determined by Bank Mandiri.

Customers can view car and motorbike vehicles.

  • Car Brand: Toyota, Honda, Mitsubishi, Suzuki, BYD, Daihatsu, Hyundai, Chery, Wuling, 
    Mercedes Benz, BMW, Lexus, Mini, Subaru, Geely, Xpeng, GWM, Mazda, BAIC, Jetour 
  • Motorbike Brand:  Yamaha, Vespa, Gesits, Polytron, Alva

Currently, used vehicle financing is not yet possible through Livin' Auto.

The maximum limit for vehicle financing applications is IDR 5 billion.

The minimum age for applying for credit is 21 years old or married, and the maximum age is 65 years old at the time the credit is paid off.
For Priority/Private Bank Mandiri customers, there is no age limit at the time the credit is paid off. 

Minimum 1 year and maximum 5 years. The maximum tenor is also determined by the upper limit of retirement age (65 years) 
for regular customers (whichever is shorter). Specifically for priority/private customers, the maximum 
tenor is not limited by the customer's age or retirement age.

Submission of Financing through the New Livin' by Mandiri Application cannot be done on a joint income basis.

The booking fee that customers must prepare for the purchase is determined by the tiering of the price of the unit to be purchased
- Car booking fees start from IDR 5 million
- Motorcycle booking fees start from IDR 500,000

If the customer's credit application is not approved, the booking fee will be refunded by the Dealer in 
accordance with the SLA and regulations that refer to the Dealer's internal provisions. 

The minimum down payment payable to obtain financing from Bank Mandiri's partner financing institutions
is 15%  of the on-the-road price of the vehicle or in accordance with applicable provisions.

The application process for vehicles with indent status refers to the same vehicle financing application as the ready vehicle.

Applications for motor vehicle financing through Livin' Auto benefit from special interest rates with the following details:

The customer will be informed that the financing application was successfully submitted and the customer can track it through the Application Status Details in Livin' Auto.
