The adjustment of the administration fee is a change in the fee charged to Mandiri customers when making Online Transfer transactions through Bank Mandiri ATM/CRM machines.

The adjustment will take effect on March 3, 2026.

Which services are affected by this adjustment?

The adjustment only applies to Online Transfer transactions of Bank Mandiri customers conducted through Bank Mandiri ATM/CRM machines. Other transactions are not affected and remain subject to the current applicable fees.

How much is the administration fee after the adjustment?

Starting from the effective date, the administration fee changes from IDR 6,500 to IDR 7,000 per transaction, with the following matrix:
