AIRPORT VIP TRANSFER

 
 

Special Privilege Airport VIP Transfer is a pick-up and drop-off service to and from the airport using exclusive vehicles available in selected cities, both domestically and internationally. This service is specially provided for Mandiri Private customers with a minimum average of IDR 20 billion in Assets Under Management (FUM) over the last 3 months.

 
Currently there are several locations providing airport VIP transfer services, namely as follows:
  • Jakarta (From and to Soekarno Hatta Airport)
  • Surabaya (From and to Juanda Airport)
  • Denpasar (From and to I Gusti Ngurah Rai Airport)
  • Medan (From and to Bandara Kualanamu Airport)
  • Yogyakarta (From and to Yogyakarta Internasional Airport)
  • Makassar (From and to Hassanudin Airport)
  • Singapore (From and to Changi Airport)
Note: *) Only Toyota Kijang Innova and BYD M6 vehicles are available
Customers must make confirmation in advance concerning the area/city coverage that can be accommodated in the airport VIP transfer service to the Relationship Manager (RM) or Bank Mandiri Prioritas Outlet.
 

  • Airport VIP transfer is provided specially to Mandiri Private customers who have been managed by RM Private Banking and meet the minimum average Fund Under Management (FUM) criteria for the last 3 months in the amount of IDR 20 billion (at the time of application for airport VIP transfer services), with a quota per customer per year as follows:

    Note:
    • Each customer may make a maximum of 4 bookings per month.
    • Vehicle types are subject to change at any time, depending on availability and without prior notice.

  • Reservations for the Airport VIP Transfer service must be submitted no later than 3 days prior to the customer’s departure schedule through the Private Banking Relationship Manager (RM) or a Bank Mandiri Priority Branch/Outlet.

  • Reservations for the Airport VIP Transfer service can be made during business hours, from 07:30 to 16:30 WIB. Requests made outside business hours or on public holidays cannot be processed for Airport VIP Transfer reservations.

  • Cancellations for scheduled Airport VIP Transfer services must be submitted no later than 1 day before the customer’s departure schedule. If a cancellation is made on the same day (H-day), it will be counted against the customer’s annual quota.

  • For the use of the Airport VIP Transfer service, customers will not be charged for the vehicle, driver, or fuel (free of charge). However, any additional costs, including extended waiting time, additional routes, parking fees, building entry fees, or entrance fees to tourist attractions, will be borne directly by the customer (applicable for domestic routes only).
