AIRPORT VIP TRANSFER

 
 

Airport VIP Transfer is a a pick-up facility from and to the airport by an executive fleet available in several cities either domestic or overseas specially for Mandiri Private customers with the last three (3) months FUM average of IDR20 billion..

 
Currently there are several locations providing airport VIP transfer services, namely as follows:
  • Jakarta (From and to Soekarno Hatta Airport)
  • Surabaya (From and to Juanda Airport)
  • Denpasar (From and to I Gusti Ngurah Rai Airport)
  • Medan (From and to Kualanamu Airport)
  • Singapura (From and to Changi Airport
Customers must make confirmation in advance concerning the area/city coverage that can be accommodated in the airport VIP transfer service to the Relationship Manager (RM) or Bank Mandiri Prioritas Outlet
 

  • Airport VIP transfer is provided specially to Mandiri Private customers managed by RM Private Banking and meet the minimum average Fund Under Management (FUM) criteria for the last 3 months in the amount of IDR 20 billion (at the time of application for airport VIP transfer services), with a quota per customer per year as follows:

  • Reservation for airport premium assistance services must be submitted no later than 3 days prior to the customer's scheduled departure through the Relationship Manager/Bank Mandiri Prioritas Outlet by enclosing the detailed flight schedules and mobile/phone contact number.

  • Cancellation of the scheduled airport premium assistance services must be submitted no later than 1 day prior to the customer's scheduled departure. If cancellation made on the departure day, customer's annual quota will be reduced.

  • For enjoying the airport VIP transfer service, Customer will not be charged for the use of the vehicle, driver and fuel (free). However, if there are other additional costs, including: additional waiting time, additional travel routes, parking fees, building entry or entry to other tourist attractions, will be charged directly to the Customer (especially for domestic routes)
