Get to know dongle activation and pairing
New payment acceptance on Livin’ Merchant with the seamless and easy ownership submission, activation and pairing dongle
Steps to activate dongle
Tap on Status Notification or click Settings menu to start Dongle activation
Scroll down dan select Dongle menu
Tap “Sudah Memiliki Dongle” button to continue Dongle activation
Prepare the dongle, tap on button Scan to get the barcode or input the Serial Number manually
Direct the camera to the device barcode
In case the scan process did not work, tap “Kembali” then tap “Masukkan Nomor” to put the Serial Number manually.
Make sure the serial number displayed on the screen have the same value with the one on the device. Tap “Lanjutkan” button to continue
Check on your account then tap on "Lanjutkan" button to proceed
Enter your Livin’ Merchant PIN to verify Dongle activation
Once the activation is successful, click on "Hubungkan" to connect the dongle into your device and start the transaction. Make sure your device bluetooth is on
Steps to pairing dongle
Tap on "Atur Koneksi" button to pair the dongle with the Livin' Merchant app on your device
Select the device by ticking the radio button, then tap on "Hubungkan"
Once connected, Livin’ Merchant will display the status of "Terhubung"
Steps to Transaction Card Dongle
Tap on Cashier menu in the Livin Merchant homescreen
Add order to the cart. Continue to confirm and pay
Recheck the order. Click on “Tagih” to proceed the payment
In the bottom of the screen, click on the chevron arrow to open other payment option
Select Card Dongle as payment method and click on button “Pilih” to continue
Make sure the Card Dongle is connected to your device. Wait the “peep” sound then tap or dip the card to Card Dongle
Make sure the amount is right then ask the Customer to input 6 digits Card PIN.
Please wait for the Transaction Status. Print the receipt if needed
Void Dongle
Open the Income Report and tap the order you want to void.
Tap Void Transaction to start voiding.
Select the void reason then tap Confirm to continue voiding the order.

Livin Merchant provide card dongle service, a portable device that allow you to accept card and credit card payment from GPN, Visa, to Mastercard.
Apply card dongle online from Setting Menu in Livin Merchant app. Device will be delivered to your location and our team will be happy to help you activate and understand the steps required to use the device.
In a device package you will receive a unit of Card Dongle, a charger, and a User Guide. The device will be free of charge.
Card Dongle is very easy to use. Make sure the device is charged, bluetooth connection in your phone is on, connect the device to Livin Merchant app, and done! You are ready to do transaction.
The fund from card payment will be transferred to your registered Saving Account the next day at 06.00 WIB.
The fund credited to your account is the net amount after MDR charge. The MDR rate is as explained below:

The device will be replaced for any damage found in the activation process, and it is free of charge.

Card dongle can be used both for tap or dip card.

Tap card transactions are valid for Bank Mandiri debit cards and all credit cards.

Tap card transactions do not require the card PIN up to IDR 1 million. Above IDR 1 million, the card PIN is required.

Dip card transactions are valid for all Bank Mandiri debit and credit cards and cards other than Bank Mandiri.

Card PIN will be required for dip card transactions.
