What is it Kopra Tax and Duty Payment?

Kopra Tax and Duty Payment is a service in Kopra by Mandiri to generate billing code and payment process for both tax and non-tax obligations in the Modul Penerimaan Negara (MPN). 

Who is the target user of Kopra Tax and Duty Payment?

The target user of Tax and Duty Payment are: 
  • Already has company Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWP)
  • Already has Mandiri account for tax and non-tax obligations transactions whether individual or corporate customer.

What are the features and benefits of Kopra Tax and Duty Payment?

Features: 

  • Billing ID Generation: Customers can easily create Billing ID through Kopra by Mandiri, supported by system integration with Direktorat Jenderal Pajak (DJP)'s Core Tax Administration System. Further information about the generation of Billing IDs can be accessed at bmri.id/NewIDBillingPajak2025
  • Payment Process: Bank Mandiri facilitates tax payments based on Billing IDs from various institutions, including:
    • Pajak from Direktorat Jenderal Pajak (DJP)
    • Penerimaan Negara Bukan Pajak from Direktorat Jenderal Anggaran (DJA)
    • Bea Cukai from Direktorat Jenderal Bea Cukai (DJBC)
  • Proof of Penerimaan Negara (BPN): Bukti Penerimaan Negara as valid proof of payment from the taxpayer.
  • Duty Payment: Kopra by Mandiri simplifies the payment of many public services such as: 
    • Pajak Bumi Bangunan (PBB);
    • Sistem Administrasi Manunggal Satu Atap (Samsat);
    • Pajak Daerah, Retribusi Tilang, Surat Berharga Negara (SBN), and; 
    • Passport. 
      Payments for these public services can be made through Tax and Duty Payment feature, and can also be accessed through Bill Payment menu. 
  • Inquiries: Kopra by Mandiri provides inquiry feature for customers to perform inquiries for Nomor Transaksi Penerimaan Negara (NTPN) and tax payment details associated with taxes that have been paid. 


Benefits:

  • Tax and Duty Payment offers a one-stop solution for taxation process, from generating Billing ID to completing tax payments.
  • Customers no longer need to memorize biller codes in Tax and Duty Payment; customers can simply pick the province, regency/city, and input the billing code of the duty payment. 
  • Upon completion of the tax payments, customers will receive NTPN and BPN as a valid proof of the tax payments.

What are the requirements to use this feature in Kopra by Mandiri?  

To use Tax and Duty Payment service on Kopra by Mandiri, the requirements that need to be fulfilled are as follows: 

  • Customer is already registered as a user of Kopra by Mandiri service. 
  • Customer has service package access for the Payment - Tax and Duty Payment menu on Kopra by Mandiri. 
  • Customer must have a valid tax Billing ID.

How can I generate Billing ID through Kopra by Mandiri?

Customers can generate Billing ID by themselves through Kopra by Mandiri, using informations as follows:

  • Identity number: NPWP or NIK;
  • Information of tax amount to be paid;
  • Information of Tax Type (Kode Akun Pajak) and Deposit Type (Kode Jenis Setoran) that will be used for the tax payment, along with month and year of the tax period to be paid. 

Are there any fees associated with transactions made in Kopra Tax and Duty Payment? 

Bank Mandiri does not charge customers any fees for the entire Tax and Duty Payment service process. From Billing ID generation and payment processing to providing BPN, everything can be done without additional costs.

What are the risks associated with this feature?

  • Tax payment process through Kopra by Mandiri is fully integrated with DJP system. However, it is still possible for issues to arise in the transmission of payments to DJP if there are disruptions on DJP's system, which are beyond Bank Mandiri's control.
  • Changes in policy from DJP after the implementation of Core Tax Administrative System may cause certain errors when creating Billing ID through Kopra by Mandiri. For example, KAP-KJS cannot be created through self-services, or KAP-KJS used is not registered
