Kopra Mobile Application is the mobile version of the Kopra by Mandiri platform, enabling customers to access company financial information, foreign exchange conversion rates, and approve cash management transactions through a mobile application. 

Where can I access Kopra Mobile Application?

Customers can download Kopra Mobile Application from the App Store and Play Store.

Who can access Kopra Mobile Application? 

Kopra Mobile Application is available to transactional users of cash management, trade, supply chain, and smart account services.

What are the benefits of using the Kopra Mobile Application?

  • Access your account and company transaction history from your mobile device, making business activities easier through your smartphone.
  • Log in using biometric authentication (fingerprint or facial recognition).
  • Approve payment transaction orders directly from the app.
  • View a concise summary of your company’s balance and transaction history.
  • Verify the authenticity of bank guarantee documents issued by Bank Mandiri by scanning a QR code.

What are the features of the Kopra Mobile Application?

The application provides various features for customers:

a. Financial information overview:

  • Total available balance – View real-time consolidated available balances.
  • Total other bank balance – View end-of-day (D-1) balances from other bank accounts.
  • Transaction & balance history – View daily, weekly, or monthly summaries of debit/credit transactions and balances.
  • Smart account information – View main account balances, the number of smart accounts, and available limits for each type.
  • Limit information – Access trade & supply chain non-cash loan limits, including total plafond, available limit, used limit, and outstanding limit.
  • Notional pooling information – View consolidated balances of accounts registered under the Notional Pooling service in IDR or USD.
  • Bill collection information – As a biller, view summaries of bill payments, including transaction volume and frequency.
  • Transaction reminders – See upcoming transaction due date reminders.
  • Exchange rate – View Bank Mandiri’s sell and buy rates for currencies such as AUD, CAD, CHF, CNY, EUR, MYR, HKD, JPY, NOK, NZD, SAR, SEK, SGD, and USD.

b. Transactional and non-transactional approval:

  • Single and multiple cash management transactions – Approve all types of single and bulk (file upload) cash management transaction.
  • Non-transactional tasks – Approve limit management tasks related to company limit allocation.

c. Bank Guarantee authenticity verification:

Customers can verify Bank Guarantee documents issued by Bank Mandiri through two methods:

  • Scan QR Code – Tap the "Scan QR Bank Guarantee" icon to open the camera and scan the QR code on the document.
  • Enter Guarantee Number – Tap the Bank Guarantee QR icon and select manual input. Enter the Bank Guarantee number and tap Submit.
    If the Bank Guarantee is valid, the following information will be displayed:
    • Guarantee Number
    • Customer Name
    • Beneficiary Name
    • Guarantee Status
    • Guarantee Value
    • Issuance Date
    • Expiry Date
    • Guarantee Type

Are there any fees for using the Kopra Mobile Application?

There are no fees for using the Kopra Mobile Application. Transaction fees only apply during the transaction approval process and are based on the transaction type.

Can a company's sysadmin log in to the Kopra Mobile Application?

No, only transactional users such as makers, approvers, or releasers can log in. Sysadmins cannot access the application.

What is the minimum required operating system to use the Kopra Mobile Application?

Customers must use iOS version 11 or above, or Android version 8 or above.

What are the risks of using an outdated operating system?

  • Some features may not function correctly or may not appear at all. The app may become slow, unresponsive, or fail to load data in real-time.
  • The app may crash during usage.
  • Your OS may no longer receive security updates from Apple or Google, making your device vulnerable to hacking and malware.
  • You may be unable to download or update the Kopra Mobile App to the latest version that includes bug fixes and new features.

How do I log in to the Kopra Mobile Application?

  • First, log in to the Kopra by Mandiri portal at koprabymandiri.com.
  • Open the Kopra Mobile Application on your smartphone and enter your Company ID, User ID, and password.
  • Tap "Login".
  • Agree to the terms and conditions.
  • An OTP will be sent to your registered email.
  • Enter the OTP and tap "Submit"

Do I need a new user ID to access Kopra Mobile?

No. You can log in using your existing user ID from the Kopra by Mandiri platform, provided you are a transactional user.

Can I log in using biometrics?

Yes. You can log in using facial recognition or fingerprint. Tap the biometric icon and select "Activate Now" to enable biometric login.

What are the main risks of using the Kopra Mobile Application?

  • Security risks – Mobile banking apps, including Kopra Mobile, may have vulnerabilities that could expose company data to unauthorized parties.
  • Phishing attacks – Fraudsters may try to trick you into revealing login credentials through fake emails or messages.
  • Malware – Malicious software such as keyloggers can steal your company’s sensitive information.
