What are the stages of the recruitment process at Bank Mandiri?

Bank Mandiri's recruitment process consists of Online Registration, Profile Screening, Psychometric Tests, Preliminary Inteview and Business Case, LGD, Panel Interview, Medical Test and Offering

Recruitment Programs that can choose the placement location are SDP, Kriya Mandiri, and Experience Hire. CPDK and Banking Staff, the candidates must be willing to be placed in all Bank Mandiri's work units throughout Certain Region. While ODP can't choose the placement location, the candidates must be willing to be placed in all Bank Mandiri's work units throughout Indonesia

 

Invitation for Bank Mandiri's recruitment or selection stages will be notified via Bank Mandiri's official email with domain @bankmandiri.co.id, apart from that domain, please don't trust the recruitment invitation email.

 

Bank Mandiri never asks or collects any fees from candidates related to the recruitment process or selection stages.

Candidates who have not passed the psychometric test stage can reapply after 12 months from the previous test time.

 

Yes, if you have a minimum of 4 years of working experience then you can register as an experience hire at Bank Mandiri according to the needs and qualifications of the intended position, or if your age is still suitable for the needs of a fresh graduate position then you are allowed to apply for a fresh graduate position.

 

For the banking staff program, the maximum age is 24 years old, for the Officer Development Program (ODP), the maximum age is 25 years old for S1 graduates and 27 years old for S2 graduates. For the experience hire positions, maximum age determined based on the level of the intended position

 

For high school graduates, Bank Mandiri opens up opportunities to work at Bank Mandiri through the Kriya Mandiri program, with internship status in accordance with organizational needs

 

Kriya Mandiri has the opportunity to become a full time employee of Bank Mandiri as long as there is a need and meet the specified qualifications and pass the specified selection process

 

There is no difference in salary between new employees placed in Jakarta and new employees in other areas, only for certain areas outside Jakarta, will receive a Location Allowance which is paid together with salary payments.

 

For the Officer Development Program (ODP), Calon Pimpinan Daerah Khusus (CPDK) and Kriya Mandiri employees will receive training before starting work while for other positions the training will be carried out as part of the employee development and implemented after joining Bank Mandiri.
