What is Kopra Cash Management ?
An internet-based electronic application aimed at wholesale segment companies to carry out their financial activities. By using a secure connection network, KCM makes it easy for customers to monitor bank accounts and carry out various types of financial transactions which can be accessed via Kopra at https://koprabymandiri.com. Kopra Cash Management (KCM) application was formerly called Mandiri Cash Management 2.0, the second generation of Mandiri Cash Management.

What are the features of the KCM Services?

Dashboard
The menu on the home screen page after you login, which can be customized according to the user's needs, such as the frequently accessed menus, the overview of calendar transaction status, news, etc. The dashboard display can be customized by pressing the "Customize Dashboard" on the right side.

Account
This menu contains sub-menus related to account information that has been registered at KCM, such as Account List, Today's Balance, Balance History, Account Statement, and Advice Printing.

A feature to view all accounts that have been registered. -

What is Today’s Balance?
A menu to view today's balance position. -
What is Balance History?
A menu to view the position of the balance in a certain period (a maximum of 12 months with an inquiry period of 1 month). -
What is Account Statement?
A menu that makes it easy for you to view and download today's or previous days' bank statements from each account registered with KCM in both print and MT940 formats. -
How long the data can be displayed in KCM Account Statement?
The time period that can be displayed and downloaded is a maximum of 31 days. The available data on KCM is up to 1 year prior. -
Can the Account Statement be downloaded?
Account statements can be viewed on the website and can be downloaded in MT940 (History), PDF, CSV, and XLS formats. Search can be inserted by date. -
What is monthly account statement?
A menu that provides convenience for you to view and download monthly statements from each account registered with KCM for a maximum period of 12 months. -
What is a report overview?
A menu that provides convenience for users to find report files that have been downloaded. Besides using the Report Overview menu, you can also access the Report Overview by clicking the download logo on the top right side of the layer. -
What is the Advice Printing function?
A menu that provides convenience for you to print and send advice as written transaction notifications for third parties (counterparty).

What is a Transaction Overview?
A feature to view the summary of transactions that have been made and the status of each transaction. -
What is a Single Transfer to Mandiri?
A service that provides convenience for you to conduct Bank Mandiri in-house fund transfer activities, both managed by companies registered on KCM (on-behalf-of accounts) and Third Party accounts. -
What is a Single Transfer to Other Banks?
A service that provides convenience for you to transfer funds to other bank accounts, both domestic and overseas. There are several choices of methods:-
BI FAST: transfers to domestic bank destinations with rupiah (IDR) destination currency, with a maximum transaction limit of IDR 250 million/transaction (per transfer).

Online: transfers to domestic bank destinations with rupiah (IDR) destination currency, with a maximum transaction limit of IDR 50 million/transaction (per transfer).

LLG/SKN: transfers to domestic bank destinations with rupiah (IDR) destination currency, with a maximum limit of IDR 1 billion/transaction (per transfer).

RTGS: transfer to Domestic Bank destination with rupiah (IDR) destination currency, with minimum transaction IDR 100,000,001/transaction (per transfer).

TT: transfers to Domestic and Foreign Bank destinations in foreign currencies (Non-IDR).

How much are the transaction fees for BI FAST, Online, SKN/ LLG, RTGS and TT?

BI FAST: Transfer fee of IDR 2,500/transaction (Fees already included Rp19,- by Bank Indonesia)

Online: transfer fee of IDR 6,500.-/transaction

LLG/ SKN: transfer fee of IDR 2,900.-/transaction

RTGS: transfer fee of IDR 25,000.-/transaction

TT: Provision (1/8% of nominal trx, min. $5 – max. $50), Cable Fee ($5), Correspondent Fee ($25).

Can I transfer to Bank Mandiri accounts on holidays?
Yes, KCM can process transactions on holidays for inhouse transfer only through menu in Single transfer to Mandiri, Multiple transfer by manual input or Multiple transfer by file upload (bulk transfer). -
Can I transfer to other Banks on holidays?
Transfers to other banks on holidays can be made by selecting BI FAST and Online Transfer methods. -
What is Multiple Transfer by Manual Input?
A service that provides convenience for you to operate individual transfer mechanisms (one by one) using in-house transfers. -
What is Multiple Transfer by File Upload?
A service that provides convenience for you to operate multiple transfer mechanisms, either to Bank Mandiri accounts (in-house) or to other bank accounts. -
What is Payroll Priority and Multi Service menu?
A service that facilitates you to operate salary payment mechanisms to Bank Mandiri accounts (in-house) or to other bank accounts. -
How do I get a sample of file upload for bulk transactions?
KCM provides file upload template document in each of upload menu. Customers can obtain the template by clicking the hyperlink “Download Template” -

Can I fix incorrect data on KCM screen without re-uploading?
Yes, you can use the bucket feature (uploaded file list) to fix the incorrect data without having to re-upload it.

A menu that facilitates your bill payments by entering the customer numbers or other numbers provided by the billers. -
What is a Multiple Bill Payment by Manual Input?
A menu that facilitates your bill payments manually. -
What is a Bill Payment Overview?
A menu that shows a list of billers from which your company has invoices. With this menu, you can make payments directly or just check the bills. -
What is a Tax Payment Overview?
A menu that provides convenience for users to view all transactions in the government revenue module. There are 2 types of taxpayer status: activating or creating a billing ID and tax payment status. Users can view 5 records of transactions that have been made. -
What is a Single Tax Payment?
A menu that facilitates you to make tax payments by inputting the transactions one by one. -
What is a Multiple Tax Payment by File Upload?
A service that provides convenience for you to make bulk tax payments for more than one taxpayer payment. -
What is the difference between "Tax Payment Inquiry" and "NTPN Inquiry" menu?

Tax Payment Inquiry: A menu for downloading BPN and NTPN from tax transactions paid through the Single Tax Payment and Multiple Tax Payment by File Upload menus at KCM.

A menu that makes it easy for users to debit or credit certain accounts according to the required minimum and maximum amounts. -
What is a Liquidity Overview?
A menu that facilitates the users to view or display cash pooling, cash distribution, and range balances by setting the main accounts and sub accounts which will be displayed in the forms of chart diagrams and tables.

Transaction Status
A feature to view the status of transactions that you have made. You can check whether your transaction process which has been made, approved, released, and executed has been successful or failed. -
KCM Existing Transaction Status
A feature to check the status of your transaction on the early version of KCM. -
Token
A valid authorization tool used as a substitute for a signature of the customers to make transactions at KCM. -
Who is required to use the token?
In each transaction approval, the Approvers must use a token, whereas releasers and sysadmins are optional to use tokens according to the customer needs. Customers can choose to use physical tokens or soft tokens via mobile phone.

Is there any subscription fee for joining KCM?
No. To use KCM services, the customers are not charged with any administration fees. The customers will only be charged while making certain transactions.
What transaction methods can be used through KCM?
By using KCM, the customers can make transactions by using the single transaction and bulk transaction methods by file uploads.

How to log in to KCM?
You need to input these 3 information items:

Password
What if Customers forget the password?
You can reset your own password at this login page by pressing/clicking 'forgot your password'. The new password will be sent to the email address registered at KCM, or you can ask for help from Bank Mandiri officers by calling 14000.
Is there any requirement for creating a new password?
The password minimum 8 characters, containts at least 1 letter/alphabet, 1 Lower case, 1 Numeric digit, and 1 special characters. When logging in for the first time to KCM, you can input the first 8 characters of the password that you normally use to log in to the early versions of KCM.
What if your user credential has status “still logged in”?
There are several options you can do:
- Contact your sysadmin (corporate admin) to conduct the 'force logout' via the user menu.
- Contact Bank Mandiri officers at 14000 and mention your company ID and user (never reveal your password, even to Bank Mandiri officers).
- Wait for 15 minutes while KCM will automatically force logout your user.
What if my user is locked?
There are several options you can do:

Contact your sysadmin (corporate admin) to 'unlock' via the user menu.

Contact Bank Mandiri officers at Mandiri Call 14000, pilih Bahasa, tekan 4 and mention your company ID and user (never reveal your password, even to Bank Mandiri officers).
What if my user or company id is inactive?
You can ask for help from Bank Mandiri officers by calling Mandiri Call 14000, pilih Bahasa, tekan 4 (never reveal your password, even to Bank Mandiri officers).
