ANNOUNCEMENT

EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS

PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) hereby informs the Company Shareholders that the Company will hold its Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (hereinafter referred to as the “EGMS”) on Monday, December 9, 2019.

In accordance with article 23 paragraph (7) of the Company’s Article of Association as well as Financial Services Authority Regulation Number 32/POJK.04/2014 as amended by the Financial Services Authority Regulation Number 10/POJK.04/2017 on Concerning Planning and Holding General Meeting of Shareholders of Public Limited Companies, a notice for EGMS will be announced to the Shareholders at least in 1 (one) Indonesian language daily newspaper which distributed nationally, PT Bursa Efek Indonesia website (hereinafter referred to as the “Indonesia Stock Exchange”), and Company website on Friday, November 15, 2019.

The Shareholders who are entitled to attend the EGMS are the Shareholders whose names are registered in the Registry of the Company Shareholders or registered in the Colective Deposit of PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia by Thursday, November 14, 2019 at 16.00 WIB.

The Company Shareholders who fulfill the requirement as stated in the article 23 paragraph (6) of the Company’s Article of Association may submit a written proposal regarding EGMS agenda to the Board of the Directors, and the proposal must be received not later than
Friday, November 8, 2019.

This announcement of EGMS can be accessed on Company website (http://www.bankmandiri.co.id) and Indonesia Stock Exchange website (http://www.idx.co.id).
