Exchange Rate related products

  • Today, Tomorrow, Spot

    • Today Transaction is foreign exchange transaction of a currency pair to be settled on the same day of the transaction date.
    • Tomorrow Transaction is foreign exchange transaction of a currency pair to be settled in one business day after the transaction date.
    • Spot Transaction is foreign exchange transaction of a currency pair transaction to be settled in two business day after the transaction date.

  • Forward

    Forward transaction is foreign exchange transaction that trades a currency pair on a specific date in the future with an agreed rate.

  • Currency Swap

    Also known as Swap, is a transaction that trades a currency pair in an agreed amount and rate while at the same time agrees to reverse the transaction on a specific date in the future with an agreed rate.

  • FX Option

    Is a contract in which the holder acquires the right (not the obligation) to buy or sell a specific foreign currency against Rupiah or other currency at a strike price for a specified period of time, where the buyer paying or the broker accepting a premium.

Interest Rate related products

  • Interest Rate Swap (IRS)

    A contract of exchange/change in interest payment from floating rate to fixed rate, and vice versa. The principal is not exchanged under the IRS. The interest rate is floating and determined by a benchmark interest rate agreed upon LIBOR (London Interbank Offer Rate), SIBOR (Singapore Interbank Offer Rate) and SBI (Sertifikat Bank Indonesia).

  • Forward Rate Agreement (FRA)

    A contract between two parties to determine a forward interest rate at a fixed rate for a pre-determined future date.

  • Interest Rate Cap & Floor

    An instrument to create the maximum/ceiling of the interest rate paid (Interest Rate Cap) or a minimum interest received (Interest Rate Floor) against an unfavorable trend in changing interest in changing interest rate.

Exchange Rate and Interest Rate Bundling

  • Cross Currency Swap (CCS)

    A contract between two parties to exchange payments in different currency for a pre-determined future date. At maturity the notional principal will be re-exchanged rates agreed on the contract date.

Yield Enhancement

  • Government Bond (SUN & ORI)

    We provide bonds in Rupiah and other foreign currency and payments of interest and principal with relatively high rate of return for medium and long term investment.

  • Sertifikat Bank Indonesia (SBI)

    Short term securities denominated in Rupiah issued by Bank Indonesia (BI). This product is best suited for those looking a relatively high rate of returns in a short period of time.
