Instructions for Using e-Toll Card

    Enjoy the convenience of toll paymen transaction by using the e-Toll Card. With e-Toll Card, you can pay the toll faster, no need for cash and no hassle with change. With e-Toll Card, enjoy the convenience and speedy way to pay your toll.

  3. e-Toll Card

    Is a pre-paid contactless smartcard issued by Bank Mandiri in cooperation with PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk, PT Citra Marga Nusaphala Persada Tbk and PT Marga Mandala Sakti for toll payment transaction. e-Toll Card uses RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) which enables remote transaction (contactless). The balance is stored in the card’s chip so that during transaction with e-Toll Card there is no need for a PIN or signature. Maximum card limit is Rp. 1.000.000,- (according to Bank Indonesia’s stipulations).

    By using e-Toll Card, you can make payment easily and quickly for the following needs:
    1. Toll tariff payment in toll gates with the logo "e-Toll Card" on the following toll sections:
      • Cawang - Tomang - Cengkareng
      • Cawang - Tanjung Priok - Pluit
      • Cikupa - Merak
    2. Gasoline purchase in SPBU (gas station) in Jabodetabek area (starting March 15, 2009)
    3. Shopping in Indomaret (starting March 15, 2009)

  5. e-Toll Card Sales Locations

    You can purchase e-Toll Card prepaid card in the main branches of Bank Mandiri in Jabodetabek and certain offices of toll operator gate.

  6. e-Toll Card Refill Locations

    E-Toll Card can be topped up with nominal values of Rp 50.000, Rp 100.000, Rp 200.000, Rp 300.000, Rp 500.000 or other nominal values of your choice. Refilling can be done by using Kartu Mandiri Debit in the following locations :
