Mandiri m-ATM

With m-ATM Mandiri Bank service, our SMS Mandiri users can perform a lot of transactions through their cellphone from purchase, payment and cash withdrawal at m-ATM merchants. m-ATM merchants are Mandiri Bank customers owning SMS Mandiri service and kartuHALO mPOS at the same time. To obtain a Telkomsel kartuHALO Mpos, please visit the nearest graPARI outlet.


m-ATM service is available in all participating m-ATM program merchants. m-ATM merchants can be identified from the m-ATM Service Logo placed in their stores.

To perform a purchase transaction, payment and cash withdrawal at m-ATM merchant, you only need to give your cell phone number to the merchant. After the transaction is transmitted by the merchant, Mandiri Bank will ask you to authorize the transaction. (example below).

Customer is advised to verify the content of the transaction confirmation before entering PIN. After the PIN is entered, Mandiri Bank will send an SMS notification that payment transaction is successful and customer's account has been debitted accordingly.

After Mandiri Bank system finishes the process, m-ATM Mandiri merchant will receive an SMS notification notifying that payment is SUCCESSFUL and his/her account has been creditted accordingly. Upon receipt of the SMS notification, customer will receive the purchased goods or cash from the merchant.

On top of m-ATM service, m-ATM customer with kartuHALO mPOS can make use of SMS Mandiri service to perform daily banking transaction features such as balance inquiry, inquiry of 5 last transactions, inter-bank transaction, inter-account transaction within Mandiri Bank, billing payment of Telkom, electricity, GSM/CDMA, GSM/CDMA reload voucher purchase, Garuda air ticket as well as SMS real time notification 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

In partnership with m-ATM merchants, Mandiri Bank appointed PT e-Mobile Indonesia in registering m-ATM merchants across Indonesia.

m-ATM Merchant requirements:

  • Fill in m-ATM Merchant application form
  • Fill in kartuHALO Telkomsel form
  • Open a Saving or Demand Deposit account at Mandiri Bank
  • Apply for Banking Mandiri SMS at Mandiri branch
  • Sign a Partnerhip Agreement Letter with Mandiri Bank
  • Agree with Mandiri m-ATM merchant terms and conditions
  • Attach a valid copy of Family Certificate, ID card and Tax File Registration Number
