General Terms and Conditions
- Available at Bank Mandiri Branches
- Available for individual/Business Entities account holders/non account holders of Bank Mandiri
- Sender/Receiver/Business Entity’s proxy must submit original identity documents.
- Maximum outgoing transfer nominal value is USD 7,500,- or its equivalent
- Paying agent pays to the Recipient in the destination country’s local currency or in an agreed currency at the time of transmittal.
- Sender will be charged a transmission fee.
- Receiving of money at Bank Mandiri is free of charge (except duty stamp)

Requirements for Sending/Receiving Money
- Sending Money
- Complete and sign an application slip for sending money
- Hand in money (rupiah currency) and valid original identity documents
- Inform the transfer data to the Recipient which include Sender’s name, amount of money sent, country of origin of transfer and transmittal reference number.
- Receiving Money
- Complete and sign an application slip for receiving money and submit valid identity documents
- Know the transfer data which include Recipient’s name, Sender’s name, amount sent, country of origin of transfer and transmittal reference number (required only for certain condition).
- Customer receives the money in rupiah.
